Account Deletion and Data Management

At Logitbox, we understand the importance of flexibility and control over your account. You have the power to delete your account or associated data at any time. Once the deletion process is initiated, all your data, including your email address, name, and logbook information, is securely and permanently removed.

To delete your account effortlessly through our mobile app, simply navigate to the ‘Account’ tab and tap the ‘Delete account’ button. Your account and data will be permanently erased in 7 days, allowing you the convenience of downloading a copy of your logbook beforehand.

Likewise, for website users, head to the profile page and click ‘Delete account.’ Just like the mobile app process, your account and data will be securely deleted in 7 days, providing you with an opportunity to download a copy of your logbook if needed.

For those who prefer the personal touch, you can also request account deletion by sending us an email. Be sure to use the email address associated with your account for a seamless process.
